BMW 320d Convertible Car





 

BMW 320d Convertible will join the new BMW 3 Series line-up since it will be debuted at the Geneva Motorshow. The BMW 320d Convertible will be available in SE and M Sport versions. Powered by a 2.0 liter engine, the BMW 320d Convertible developing 177 hp and 350 Nm of torque. The price of BMW 320d SE Convertible will start at 33,110 pounds and the BMW 320d M sport Convertible price will start at 35,735 pounds.

The new BMW 320d Convertible


Following the announcement of the new BMW M3 Convertible at one extreme of the open-top car spectrum, BMW introduces the most frugal Convertible in the 3 Series range, the 320d. Available in both SE and M Sport guises, the new 320d uses the same 1,995 cc engine from other 320d models in the 3 Series range to offer 177hp and 350Nm of torque.


This single-turbocharged two-litre diesel engine propels the BMW 320d Convertible from zero to 62mph in 8.6 seconds and on to a top speed of 139mph. EfficientDynamics plays a part in the cars performance with stop-start technology on manual cars, a second-generation common-rail

injection engine, and a Diesel Particulate Filter fitted as standard. These technologies ensure that the new 320d Convertible is BMWs most frugal open-topped 3 Series, delivering an impressive 53.3mpg on the combined cycle and CO2 emissions of just 140g/km.


The BMW 320d SE Convertible is priced at 33,110 OTR with the M Sport model priced at 35,735 OTR. Both models go on sale in March 2008.

BMW Hydrogen 7 Australian Debut
 BMW announced that the BMW Hydrogen 7 Australian will be debuted next year in January a unique week-long public expo to be held. The BMW Hydrogen 7 will be showcased at the Federation Square in Melbourne from 21 - 29 January. Unveiled at the 2008 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, the BMW M1 Homage concept car was designed to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the legendary M1.  BMW has announced the price for three BMW types for Canada. They are: 2008 BMW M3 Coupe, 2008 BMW M3 Sedan, and 2008 BMW M3 Cabriolet. The price for 2008 BMW M3 Coupe will start at $71,300, and the price for 2008 BMW M3 Sedan will be at $69,900. BMW M3 CSL Loaded is Faster than Pagani Zonda F
 Did you remember that back in October the Pagani Zonda F established a 7:27:82 lap record on the Nurburgring race track? This record makes Pagani Zonda F as the fastest production car. Recently, the Swedish BMW tuner Loaded announced today that their modified BMW M3 CSL established a 7:22:09 seconds on the Nordschleife (Nurburgring).
